SOME TRAITS THAT A PERFECT TEACHER MUST OBTAIN
Being a teacher is a noble and complicated job that requires a lot of internal and external effort from man. It is clear that not every person who wants to be a teacher could be his. The point is the real teacher should combine many qualities. These qualities can be divided into several groups: innate qualities, qualities of mind, volitional powers and qualities related to other people.
Let's start with innate qualities. A real teacher can not be a cheerful character because each lesson should begin with the teacher smiling. Calm and neat appearance, the teacher helps children to tune in a working mood. If you are inert or well, there is no road for you to the teaching profession. In addition, the teacher must be ready to sacrifice and self-critical.
It goes without saying that a good teacher cannot be without a broad mind. He must acquire bright and clever head; he must be well-read, intelligent and deep in his subject. Students or the students can't take teachers who are normal or small.
The teacher's job requires a lot of volitional forces. Children are not creatures who are easy to get along with. Children are different with various trends in the nature, capabilities and abilities. Therefore, only the firm and strong-willed teachers to succeed in dealing with students. When working with such students, the teacher should try to analyze their feelings and to find an explanation for this behavior. It's really hard: it requires a lot of energy and tolerance.
We, future teachers must remember that students need our presence and love. One of the greatest men on Earth said, a good teacher can govern. So you need to be the perfect teacher on an equal footing, to be a real person.
